We accept Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, and credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Cancellation of Merchandise
There will be a $35 fee charged if:
- You cancel your order after 24-hours of placing it.
- Your order is returned to us because of a wrong address or refused delivery.
Return of Merchandise
All sales from Wigsonline.com are final. If any merchandise shipped to you is defective, we will replace it with the same item provided you meet these stipulations:
- Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving the product.
- The wig is returned in its original condition with all tags attached. This means it could not have been cut, worn, colored, or altered in any other way.
- The wig must be returned in its original shipping box.
- The original copy of the Wigsonline.com invoice must be included.
- You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping to us.
Merchandise Exchanges
You are permitted to return a wig purchased from Wigsonline.com for a Wigsonline.com account credit only, provided you meet the same stipulations as above. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned wig, your Wigsonline.com account will be issued a credit for the amount that you paid for the wig (excluding the shipping and handling). You can use this credit at anytime towards the purchase of any item on Wigsonline.com's website for one year. Note: unlike other online wig sellers, we will not charge you a re-stocking fee to accommodate your return.

It is securely maintained on our site and accessible only to appropriate individuals responsible for processing your order and payment. We do not disclose your information to anyone else, and do not sell your data to third parties for the purpose of promotion.
Secured Shopping: We realize that using your credit card online is highly sensitive. To ensure the integrity and confidentiality of your information and protect it from unauthorized use, we do not store it on our site. Rather it is transmitted online to a secured credit merchant processor using industry standard safeguards and storage practices that maintain the data’s accuracy and prevent unauthorized access.
